6:00 AM — Loading Up Our day often starts before sunrise. Mike and Sam load the van with our professional-grade equipment: the booth shell, lighting rigs, backdrop stands, printer, and boxes of curated props.
9:00 AM — Venue Walk-Through We arrive at the venue hours before the event to assess the space. Lighting conditions, power outlet locations, foot traffic flow — every detail matters.
11:00 AM — Setup This is where the magic begins. Lucy oversees backdrop installation while Mike fine-tunes the lighting. Every angle is tested, every shadow is eliminated. We take dozens of test shots to ensure perfection.
